Designed for the assembly of coasters with a heavy plastic base onto which 3 individually controlled lines of hotmelt pressure sensitive glue are applied. Followed by manual placement of a card insert to the glued base.
The Slimline glue guns are of our own manufacture and fitted with UES modules and nozzles
The equipment is adjustable to accommodate similar but different width products, and the glue guns fully pattern controlled
