Designed and built to order, Special Purpose machine to glue a confectionery product into a Paper Cup Case
The product here was a delicate, foil wrapped confectionery product which was to be glued into a paper cup case.
Paper cup cases were loaded manually into a pocketed conveyor, following detection a spot of glue was applied inside each case, next the main product was added by hand thereby joining the case and the product. Finally the 'assembly' was popped out onto discharge tray for further packing.
The system comprised of a special pocketed variable speed conveyor with single head glue system. Additionally there was a plain conveyor to collect the product and deliver it close to the point of use.
