Brunel Engineering Services has a range of model sizes to choose from and speeds up to 37 trays per minute.
Each machine has a forming head positioned either on the centerline of the machine for Symetrical Trays, or Offset, for trays with an integral lid, eg, pizza trays
Change Parts consist of a Magazine Plate assembly, a Male Former with ejector, and a Female Assembly. These parts can all be changed without the use of tools in a few minutes and being pre-set means that the erector is ready to go again on a different size tray in minutes. The Glue application pattern is stored in the glue pattern controller memory and can be loaded easily. The glue guns may need to be repositioned sideways.
Our SSE model Tray Erector is the smallest and fastest in the range (up to 37cpm), and the XE the largest. The SSE has a flat capacity of 550mm x 240mm (central head). The XE has a flat capacity 900x660 (central head) and up to 16cpm
